  • Whether and how Widerrufsrecht applies to REZA AI digital services

  • Interaction with recurring Stripe subscriptions and cancel_at_period_end
  • How refunds interact with Stripe and local consumer law
  • Whether a separate model withdrawal form is required

Technical billing facts (not legal conclusions)

  • Paid plans are recurring subscriptions via Stripe when configured
  • Cancellation typically uses Stripe cancel_at_period_end; paid access usually remains until the paid period ends
  • Prices/currency come from canonical plan configuration + Stripe
  • The 3000-minute speaking reward is manual admin fulfillment — not an automatic Stripe credit
