  Use Sign up / Log in from the public header, or /account. Password reset is available via Forgot password when email delivery is configured.

  How do levels and curriculum unlock work?

  Lesson unlock and grading authority live on the server. Placement and progress determine what opens next — the client cannot invent unlocks.

  What is Review?

  Review surfaces spaced practice of items you have studied. Cards and due sets come from the server so schedules stay consistent across devices.

  Where do saved words live?

  Look up words in learning surfaces, save them, then revisit from vocabulary / review. Saved-word review is quota- and account-scoped.

  How does AI speaking practice work?

  Speaking scenarios and feedback help you practice German. Feedback is assistive — not a certified accent score and not a guaranteed pronunciation percentage.

  Microphone permission failed — what now?

  Allow microphone access in the browser or OS settings, use HTTPS, and retry. If the device blocks audio capture, text practice paths still work where offered.

  What does the AI do — and not do?

  AI scaffolds hints, corrections, and tutor turns. It can be wrong. It does not replace human conversation partners and does not diagnose you.

  Who can use REZA WORLD (age 16+)?

  Peer matching and partner features require a self-attested age of 16+. Core lessons, review, and AI speaking remain available without World. Age is not government-ID verified in 1.0.

  How does chat with other learners work?

  Chat is for respectful practice and coordination. Keep messages within product limits. Report abuse; do not share secrets or illegal content.

  How do I block or report someone?

  Use in-product block/report where available, or the signed-in Safety report at /safety. Public overview: /safety-center.

  Where do I see my plan?

  Signed-in learners manage plans at /billing. Catalog prices are on /pricing. Entitlements activate after verified payment webhooks.

  What happens when I cancel?

  Cancel at period end usually keeps paid access until the current period ends, then Free entitlements apply. Confirm dates in Billing / Stripe customer portal.

• reward

  Is the speaking-minutes reward automatic money or a free subscription?

  Eligibility can be automatic from qualified speaking minutes, but fulfillment is manual admin review — never an automatic Stripe credit or silent plan upgrade.

• privacy

  Where is privacy information?

  See /legal/privacy, Trust Center /trust, and in-app Settings → Privacy for export/erase controls when signed in.

• locale

  Can I change UI language?

  UI locale (e.g. English / German) is separate from the German learning content language. Prefer supported locales in settings when available.

• deletion

  How do I delete my account / data?

  Use signed-in erase controls (Settings → Privacy) or contact legal/support. Deletion may retain billing/audit records required by law — counsel to confirm periods.
