Use of AI
Models help with tutor turns, hints, corrections, and speaking feedback. Output can be incomplete or wrong. AI never replaces your judgment in a conversation with people.
Limits
- No guarantee of fluency, exam success, or a job.
- No acoustic pronunciation percentages are advertised as truth.
- Features can degrade when providers fail.
Speaking practice vs. partner conversation
AI speaking is practice with the product. Language-world partners are people. Partner chats are person to person. You can report abuse. The platform is not fully monitored. Partner matching starts at age 16. Age is self-confirmed. REZA AI does not check an official ID for access to the language world.

- Account identity and sign-in.
- Learning progress, vocabulary, and review status.

Where AI helps
Reza can explain, rephrase sentences, hold a conversation in German, and suggest improvements after you speak. The AI stays a practice partner, not a replacement for a teacher or an exam.
Safety in the language world
In the language world you meet other learners. You can block people and report content. Private messages are for the conversation, not public. We can review reports, and we do not promise to watch every chat.
Your controls
- Account and sign-in under Account / Settings.
- Subscription and cancellation under Subscription & licenses or the customer portal.
- Cookie consent in the footer.
- Export and account deletion under Settings → Privacy.
Honest billing
Plan prices come from the catalog. Paid access follows a confirmed payment. Cancelling at the end of a period keeps access until that period ends in the usual payment flow. Prices

Speaking feedback is coaching. We do not publish guaranteed accent scores and we do not claim lab-accurate pronunciation percentages.
