How REZA AI uses AI and data — written for product honesty, not as a legal certification. We do not claim "GDPR certified."
AI use
Models help with tutoring turns, hints, corrections, and speaking feedback. Outputs can be incomplete or wrong. AI never replaces your judgment when chatting with people.
Limitations
- No guaranteed fluency, exam pass, or job outcome.
- No acoustic pronunciation percentage scores advertised as truth.
- Features may degrade when providers are unavailable.
Speech practice vs peer conversation
AI speaking is practice with the product. REZA WORLD peer matching is for learners aged 16+ (Age is self-attested. REZA AI does not verify government ID for World access in 1.0.). Peer chats are human-to-human — report abuse; do not assume the platform is "fully safe."
Data categories (overview)
- Account identity and authentication.
- Learning progress, vocabulary, and review state.
- Speech / chat content you submit for features you use.
- Billing and entitlement records when you subscribe.
- Safety reports and security/audit events as needed.

Billing honesty
Plan prices come from the commercial catalog (Pricing). Paid access follows verified payment. Cancel at period end keeps access until the paid period ends in the usual Stripe flow.
Deletion
Signed-in erase / export controls live under Settings → Trust. Legal retention (e.g. billing/audit) may apply. Contact info@ichbinreza.de for DSAR questions.
Pronunciation honesty
Speaking feedback is coaching support. We do not publish guaranteed accent scores or claim laboratory-grade pronunciation percentages.
